Eligibility Class    Year from initial enrollment.
8Y = Senior.       8th
7Y = Senior.       7th
6Y = Senior.       6th
5Y = Senior.       5th

J7 = Junior.        7th
J6 = Junior.        6th
J5 = Junior.        5th
J4 = Junior.        4th

S5 = Soph.        5th
S4 = Soph.        4th
S3 = Soph.        3rd

CLASS (Unknown)
1L = Only year lettered.
1/2 = 1st of 2 years lettered
2 = 2nd of 2 years lettered
I created these codes to give a more comprehensive snapshot in time of the players of the era.
The sacrifices they made during WWII and the time they were away from the game.
We all owe these men, and indeed the non-athletes of this period, a salute for their service to us.

EXAMPLE: 3/4
First Digit = year in military (i.e. 3rd year)

Second Digit = total years in military (i.e. 4 years)
